Day-by-Day Itinerary
Upon arrival in Uganda, you will be welcomed by our professional safari team and begin your journey to Murchison Falls National Park. Enjoy scenic views of Uganda’s countryside and visit the Top of the Falls, where the mighty Nile squeezes through a narrow gorge before plunging dramatically below. Continue to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Start the day with an early morning game drive across the northern savannah plains in search of elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, leopards, antelopes, and other wildlife. After lunch, enjoy a spectacular boat cruise along the Victoria Nile to the base of Murchison Falls, viewing hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and abundant birdlife.
After breakfast, depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park, enjoying Uganda’s beautiful landscapes along the way. Arrive at the park and enjoy an evening game drive as you explore one of Uganda’s most diverse wildlife destinations.
Enjoy a morning game drive through the Kasenyi Plains in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, Uganda kobs, and other savannah wildlife. In the afternoon, relax on a boat cruise along the famous Kazinga Channel, home to large concentrations of hippos, crocodiles, and water birds.
After breakfast, drive through the Ishasha sector, famous for its tree-climbing lions. Continue through Uganda’s scenic highlands and local communities to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home of the endangered mountain gorillas.
After an early breakfast, proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing before entering the ancient Bwindi rainforest. Trek through the forest in search of mountain gorillas and spend an unforgettable hour observing these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. Return to the lodge for relaxation.
After breakfast, depart Bwindi and travel to Lake Mburo National Park. Enjoy an evening game drive or nature experience, searching for zebras, giraffes, impalas, buffaloes, and other wildlife.
Enjoy a final morning game drive or optional walking safari before returning to Entebbe or Kampala. Stop at the Equator for photos and arrive in time for your departure flight, marking the end of your ultimate Uganda safari adventure.
